Fan continiously running at full speed making huge noise

It was all good and smooth running without any problem since I installed Arch 5 months back on my Ideapad Z500 Laptop. But suddenly the fan starts running at full speed with disturbing noise although I am running only a web browser. I tried my best to figure it out by following This Arch Wiki Page but unfortunately didn't find any luck. So please help me.

I followed the guide and wanted to run "pwmconfig" - this is what I ge:

Hopefully the good guys of Arch society can help me fix this, since this issue is driving me crazy and working is almost impossible with this intolerable noise all the time

Did this started after kernel upgrade? Can you test with previous or other kernel?

Thanks a lot for responding.No, It was running without any problem for at least 15 days (I guess) after the recent kernel upgrade. Though I am not quiet sure about the exact date of my recent kernel upgrade. Well I'm not confident enough to do that as I'm a newbie to arch and Linux as well. The most terrifying fact about me that I switched from Windows to Arch directly without any prior experience with other Linux distros

Don't worry.
How to downgrade, and there are linux and linux-lts on the official repositories. Switch the kernels, remove the installed kernel, update grub-mkconfig your bootloader and reboot.

Will give it a try.
Anyway what does this output mean actually? Do I need to install any extra packages to run the fancontrol properly?

I have the same problem the last months. After a reboot GPU fan run at full speed. If I use radeon-profile then fan speed returns to normal speeds but without it stays at full speed forever.
