You should not mention networkmanager, wpa_supplicant and dhcpcd in the same sentence, the fact that you do might be the direct reason for the issue.
You should only have one networking service enabled at one given time. If
systemctl list-unit-files --state enabledlists anything network related that isn't NetworkManager, disable them.
I am running KDE Plasma, (with sddm and KWin)
and every three times i reboot or anything, networkmanager only works once i used wpa_supplicant for setup and dhcpcd for obtaining my IP, t
