Emphasis added. cmark which provides libcmark was updated to 0.30.1-1. You are responsible for rebuilding aseprite so it uses the updated library.

Yes and the first note in that link tells you that the AUR is your responsibility. If a dependency of a package gets upgraded it's up to you to rebuild the dependant package, in this case asperite.
