How can I set the same size on title bars? [Solved]

I'd like to have a smaller tittle bar just like the title bar from the right (details on the link down below).
I also know that these modifications are due to xfce4 updates or some other interface updates.
Can you guys please tell me what packages should I downgrade, or how can I edit the config files in order to fix this? It's kinda bugging me to see huge title bars for the apps. (I'm saying this because I saw that the title bars of the apps were smaller on older releases of some other arch linux based distributions, and I was using and still use the same desktop environment xfce4).
