Hi
I use fully updated Arch + KDE Plasma.
My monitor no longer enters in power saving mode after timeout configured in Plasma settiings
and automatic suspend to RAM does also not work when I use the main user account of my system.
If I start Plasma with another user account, power management works as expected.
I have already reconfigured power management settings in Plasma settings but the problem persists.
Any idea to fix power management?
Thanks.

How are you logging in/starting plasma? Do you maybe have something else running that conflicts/blocks automatic timeout? If you check the battery widget in the system tray that will usually show if something blocks normal power saving rules by the powerdevil daemon (... even if you are on a desktop and do not have a battery) alternatively, check the output of
systemd-inhibit --listfor suspicious clients

I start Plasma with SDDM login manager.
Battery widget in system tray indicates nothing blocking power management.
Here is the output of your command.

I have solved the problem by deleting
~/.config/powermanagementprofilesrcfile and then restarting Plasma session.

this is the Only thing that worked for me as well.
KDE Plasma 5 (al lest on openSuSE leap series) has issues with not reading existing rc files, where deleting/renaming then rebooting is the only 'cure'
