Drag window in kde plasma sometimes leaves a 'ghost window'

As the title claims, drag window in kde plasma sometimes leaves a semi-transparent 'ghost window' that cannot interact with and persists even if the process is terminated
I have to restart kwin to remove these ghost windows
I cannot reproduce it right now, it just happens from time to time.

I am using latest mesa driver with radeon rx480 dgpu
