How to make Super_L+arrows working as Home/End/PgUp/PgDown?

Hi!
On one of my keyboards Fn+arrows combinations don't work unfortunately (while Fn+Fx do). So, is it possible to assign Super_L+arrows to work as Home/End/PgUp/PgDown?

Super_L is a modifier, not a level selector.
So you've have to invoke some shortcut daemon and create corresponding shortcuts that eg. run "xdotool key Home" etc.

Super_L is not an obligatory choice. I have found in KDE configuration it is possible to assign, say, right Alt as a third level selector. Does it simplify a task?  Will you, please, supply a couple of words for further search?

You'd have to derive a special xkb layout, see /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ - eg. the "chromebook" variant in "inet" has something similar.
