Screen locker is broken...
KDE/Plasma/Wayland.
I have regularly since my last update this message. It is indicated to do CTRL+ALT+F2 to access a virtual terminal but that does not work.
Is it another KDE issue?

What is the problem?
What indicated that you should try to change to the second console screen?
How are you starting KDE? Are you trying to run KDE on Wayland?

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.84.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.13.9-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor
Memory: 15,6 Gio of RAM
Graphics Processor: Radeon RX550/550 SeriesWhen the screen lock is activated, I go to the standby screen and after a few minutes the screen falls asleep. When I want to wake it up by pressing the enter key I see the following message appear on the screen:
The screen locker is broken and unlocking is nor possible anymore.
In order to unlock switch to a virtual terminal(Ctrl+Alt+F2)
log in and enter the command loginctl unlock-session 2
back:Ctrl+Alt+F2 For me Ctr +Alt+F2 has no effect but if I do Ctrl+Alt+F3 it does open a tty3 for me.
I can do my log in, and enter the command.
I come back with Ctrl+Alt+F2 and I arrive on the KDE desktop.
Except that this one is incomplete. My desk normally has a dock (latte) at the bottom of the screen and another panel at the top. The top panel is gone!
After a shut down or a restart everything returns to normal ...

The message is likely generic and assuming that you're running on TTY1, I'd not worry about that.
It would then seem that the plasma-desktop process crashed (and probably more stuff) - possibly related to the GL installation or because of the DPMS the output deregisters and plasma wants to re-align to a 0x0+0+0 geometry (semi-smart-ish…)
Post your xorg log and check coredumpctl whether there're traces of the incidents.
