Hello,
I'm consistently getting this error when trying to boot in my live USB:
For some prior context, my working Arch system crashed a couple weeks ago after updating and I've been trying various things to get this desktop working again. I've tried installing Manjaro and Ubuntu, both successfully boot but end up crashing shortly after installing/opening applications. I've also put a new SSD in but similar issues persist like in the photo above. This certainly seems like a hardware issue considering I can't even boot into a live USB, but I'm really not sure where to begin looking or what even caused this in the first place. Thank you in advance for any tips.

That's surely a hardware error. There are several things you can do:
Update your BIOS
Reset your BIOS settings to their default values
Try with only one stick of RAM (try all of them individually)
Unplug every disk but your new SSD (you can also try without this SSD, to make sure it's not faulty)
If you have a dedicated GPU, try another one (either by replacing it, or using your CPU's integrated GPU, if you have one)
Try with another CPU
Try with another motherboard
The list is ordered by how easy/time-consuming it is, so try 1 before 2, 2 before 3, etc.

After updating BIOS, the system seems to booting successfully and everything is working so far without crashing. Thank you so much for the suggestion
