Here is my thread on the Cities Skylines official forum
tldr: the game window opens normally, then after a few seconds it disappears and the cities process runs in the background until it's manually closed.
Our best guess was that my glibc or qt version is too recent. However, I don't know how to test it with older versions. Could this be the issue? If so, How do I use an older version with cities?
