Gnome 40 inatallation on arch (solved)

Recently installed arch to switch to the gnome 40 de all the instructions to do so were written 4 months ago and require unstabe package is gnome 40 still "unstable" or can i just pacman -S it and if i can what package is it? gnome or gnome-shell help would be appreciated
