Gnome: Theme forcing gnome not to start [fixed]

I changed my gnome theme and instantly it killed my whole gnome. It sent me back to the GDM login screen. Eveerytime I try to log into gnome now it does this before it even gets to the desktop. I can't get back into gnome. I tried deleting the ./gnome* folders, but no luck same thing. It has to do with an icon theme I changed it to, how to I unset this?

I beleive somehow I managed to set a cursor theme to an icon theme which is causing the problems.
