Launch xfce4 apps in i3 session with the correct xfce4 theme applied

I want to mix i3 and xfce4. While it's possible to repalce xfwm with i3 in xfce4 session, I would rather do it the opposite way. I just want a regular i3 session but use xfce file manager (Thunar) and xfce4-terminal. It all works great by default except one thing - themes.

If I launch Thunar in i3 session, it will load with the default Adwaita theme even though a different theme has been set in xfce4 preferences. How can I tell Thunar and other xfce4 apps to load with the correct theme and icons applied when launching them from i3 session?

I found it. Just run `xfsettingsd` command. And it works beautifully, even syncs changes in open applications.
