TLP usb autosuspend doesn't work

Hi there! I am trying to enable the autosuspend feature for my USB mouse Logitech; however, it doesn't seem to work. When I type in

 sudo tlp-stat

it does show that autosuspend is enabled, but it doesn't really work.
Any help will be very much appreciated :)

Re: TLP usb autosuspend doesn't work

USB autosuspend is somewhat unclearly defined as to what the potential effect will be. What exactly do you expect to happen that doesn't happen? Note that in particular mice and keyboards are intentionally omitted from autosuspend unless you explicitly configure it within TLP because the effect of autosuspend on many wifi mice is that the device simply cannot send the required wakeup signal or clicks/movements being lost. So unless you explicitly whitelisted your mouse to be hit by the usb autosuspend then TLP will normally omit it.

Re: TLP usb autosuspend doesn't work

Oh okay, I'll try whitelisting it and see if it works.. I basically want the mouse to sleep when not in use for a long time. It used to work on Windows, i.e. when the mouse is inactive for like 10 mins, it sleeps then when I click on it, it wakes up again and starts working.
Update: I tried whitelisting it but still doesn't work
