Edit: built-in wifi works fine with Ubuntu 20.04, so it's not a hardware issue.
An old USB wifi-dongle works as well with arch linux (linux 5.13.13)

I used to see that warning message for my laptop wifi ax200 but it didnt affect the wifi to work, I applied this patch to not show the mesage : https://lore.kernel.org/linux-wireless/ … ngeid/T/#u

Thanks! The comment in the patch reminded me of what I've forgot to check: rfkill
sudo rfkill unblock wlanfixed the issue.
