Klipper for constant values

I am using Klipper. It's a fine tool. I am looking for the same tool for constants (not variables). I enter data once and have it at hand instead of a notebook.

How to get something like this?

Your post is a bit like "How do I solve some problem?".

You can feed anything into https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Clipboard#Tools - how to get that "anything" depends on you.
I've a shell scrip "mfg" that converts tokens into textblocks, if you'd rather have some sort of menu you could use dmenu/rofi or one of the generic dialog tools (kdialog on KDE) for that.
