[SOLVED] pacman error: failed to commit transaction

I tried to update my system today, but I've been getting an error.

error: failed retrieving file 'dart-2.14.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.sig' from mirror.osbeck.com : Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 10 seconds
warning: failed to retrieve some files
error: failed to commit transaction (download library error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Synchronizing the databases succeeded with no issues, I got a list of packages that need updating, but then it failed on the following step.

Please help ?️

Try a different mirror.

Sakura:-
Mobo: MSI MAG X570S TORPEDO MAX // Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X @4.9GHz // GFX: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT // RAM: 32GB (4x 8GB) Corsair DDR4 (@ 3000MHz) // Storage: 1x 3TB HDD, 6x 1TB SSD, 2x 120GB SSD, 1x 275GB M2 SSD

Making lemonade from lemons since 2015.

I'm... not entirely sure how. IIRC I had a bunch of mirrors uncommented, wouldn't it try to pick a mirror that works?

No, if there is a response i.e. syncing the datababse works and downloading other packages works it will generally stick to the top mirror in the list.
