System hang on boot after a power failure.
now it stuck at:
[OK] Created Slice Slice /system/mdadm-last-resort.
[******]A started job is running for File System Check on /dev/sdj (24min 29s/no limit)will it ever finish?
Or do I have to do anything for a successul boot?

It depends on how large the filesystem is, like what Gregosky said. The power failure likely caused filesystem corruption and it needs to be checked and fixed before the system can start correctly.

It might never finish if, say, the disk was not mounted as `sdj` but some other letter. Best thing to do is to boot from live media and inspect /dev/disk and possibly update fstab to use UUID notation.
