strange "unstable" problem [SOLVED]

Hey there,

wanted to test out beryl from the unstable repository.
my entry in pacman.conf looks like this (order of all entries NOT changed)

ftp://ftp.belnet.be/packages/archlinux/unstable/os/i686

When i type this in my internet browser i can see the packages. but not in pacman when searching for them :S
Whats going on :oops:

you entry may be incorrect...
it muist be preceeded by
[unstable]

so it should ideally be ... like hridibg's

[unstable]

The entry is correct i think.

The unstable.db.tar.gz on that mirror hasn't been updated yet. Probably the server hasn't fully sync yet (check the main server) or the db hasn't been generated yet.

yes it is...
only thing i can think of right now is..
have you updated the db ...

pacman -Sy

or maybe just install them ...

pacman -Sy emerald-svn emerald-themes-svn beryl-core-svn beryl-dbus-svn beryl-manager-svn beryl-plugins-svn beryl-settings-svn

btw i tried searching for them too ... only the dbus plugin came up ..
this suggests mirror syncing.. i get this a lot, you might just wanna wait a lil while longer ... they should be there now.. they r for me ...
