Hello! Quite a strange problem: the video plays automatically in any player or browser. And it seems like it's not about pulsaudio. If someone knows how to help, please tell me the solution - it really hinders

What on earth does this even mean? You need to tell us what the problem actually is.

Why would a video playing in "any player" be a problem? Certianly if you open a video with a video player, you want it to play. I'm quite sure it is not constantly autoplaying on it's own on every video player on your system.

Xfce 4.16 desktop environment, vlc player, google-chrome browser.
When I open a page in a browser with a video and I stop it for example, to pour myself some tea, and leave, it turns on itself after 10 seconds

VLC, and "any player" is irrelevant if this is just in the browser. When the video restarts, you do mean it's continuing to play in the browser, right? It's not popping up in VLC is it?

Which video / websites have you seen this on? Does this happen on youtube?

No, this happens in both vlc and browser. Absolutely on any site: YoyTube, fmovies, vk, even voice messages in messengers are reproduced on their own after I stopped them

Spurious input?
Do you have a <play media> shortcut/key?
Does it matter where the input focus is when you leave? (Eg. many player will respond to the space key as play/pause toggle) or possibly sth. is sending around mpris commands, check "dbus-monitor" for that.

Most likely the first. I don't have <play media> shortcat or key. And it does not matter where the input focus is. I checked dbus-monitor and I got this

Something™ is querying the mpris interface of chromium.
Is this related to the magic autoplay? If not, stop the playback, monitor dbus and wait until the playback magically resumes and see whether there's a related message on the bus.
You can at the same time monitor "libinput debug-events" for spurious input (or on xinput, in case something is sending synthetic input over the xtest devices)

It turned out to be a pulseaudio plugin for the panel, so I just replaced it with another
