Thinkpad T14 and Thinkpad Dock Gen 2 somethimes not detected

Hi everyone! I own thinkpad T14 AMD and ThinkPad dock gen 2. The thing is once i connect dock to laptop(using usb-c port)j, usb hub is always working but monitors connected to dock sometimes does not work. I need to replug the connector several times unit it starts working (sometimes restarting PC or X server helps). Its quite annoying  and i wasnt expecting such problems ;/

With a T14s AMD I had similar issues, in particular that the monitor stays off when powering on the machine while already connected to the dock. Maybe this is a different issue because it sounds that for you this is also the case when connecting the dock while the notebook is powered on. However, my issue has been fixed with a BIOS update. It was even mentioned somewhere in the release notes. Are you on the latest BIOS?
