[SOLVED] Not Booting Into GRUB

Hi, this is my first time installing Arch on actual hardware, after installing on multiple virtual machines without issues. Every time I finish installing Grub, I reboot and pull out the USB drive with the iso it either loads into Windows or back into the Arch installation prompt where I started. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and couldn't find any fixes. I'm using UEFI. Help appreciated, and thank you!

Re: [SOLVED] Not Booting Into GRUB

Which UEFI/vendor/motherboard exactly? Some only allow creating bootable entries with their own UEFI interfaces, others are just plain buggy. What can often help is running the appropriate grub-install command with the --removable option as that will populate a fall back path that should be booted by every implementation.

Using --removable worked perfectly! I'm typing this out in a working installation of Arch now! Thank you so much!

Re: [SOLVED] Not Booting Into GRUB

Let me guess, MSI ? In any case note that should you have a Windows dual boot or so, there's a chance that this fallback entry will be overwritten on updates, in which case you'd need to rerun the relevant grub-install command, so be weary of that.
