I have installed Arch, I'm using bspwm right now with compton, my pc is i5-3330, 8 GiB RAM and a Intel HD 2500, and i have very low FPS compared to Windows even in a native game like Minecraft. And it's not only on Arch, I'm using arch now because i like it's lightweight, if someone can help me, i will be happy.

How low? How do you measure or determine the FPS? Have you installed xf86-video-intel (you probably shouldn't)?

Low like 200-300 FPS low, to measure i just stand still in the same settigns, same world, same place, etc, and yes i installed xf86-video-intel

200-300 FPS sound wrong because the intel driver vsyncs by default. And anything > your output frequency in a non synthetic test isn't "low" either.
And it could be limited by the mouse polling frequency or an internal cap.
Also "native game like Minecraft" is not a thing. There's ton of different client implementations and most use java, so the JDK matters as well.

Do you run compton on glx or xrender? Does its existence matter?
What's the output of "glxinfo -B"?

Please use code tags for shell IO and file contents, https://bbs.archlinux.org/help.php#bbcode
You're rendering on the intel chip. Compton defaults to xrender if you didn't configure anything.

What should i do now

Describe a real issue.
"I only get 5 times the output refresh rate instead of 50 times in <similar to windows game>" is no indication for anything let alone a problem.
There're too many variables that impact this and there's no benefit in discarding 2400 frames instead of 240 either.
