Impossible to get ip adress on some networks

Hi,
I got a strange problem : on Some networks ("PlanetCampus", previously "SmartCampus"), I can't get an IP address, neither in wifi nor in ethernet...
However everywhere else it works. It's in the apartment of my girl friend who live in a university campus. There is both wired and wifi internet access, with a captive portal connection (that I can't even access since I don't have an IP)

I am using NetworkManager, but but even disabling it and using dhcpcd (on the wired one), I can't get an address.

What is even weirder is that my girlfriend (on Manjaro) can connect (even if I change the Mac Address). Everywhere else I don't have any problem...

I also checked If the nm config could interfere, thus I retried after deleting it, but no progress.

I don't even really know what log / information could be useful, don't hesitate to ask !

Any Idea ?

(Even if I don't think it is relevant, here are my net cards :

05:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 0c)
01:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 8265 / 8275 (rev 78)

)

Re: Impossible to get ip adress on some networks

I'm not sure how much help I can offer on this - but I'm pretty sure those who may be able to help will need more information.  Journal logs might be useful, and the output of `dhcpcd -d` after any other networking service has been disabled and you are plugged into the wired ethernet would definitely be valuable.
