UPDATE: Sorry for the late update, but was a DE problem, fixed it by reinstalling the plasma.
When I boot up the PC and get past the login screen. The desktop is black and not even the task manager is present. There also used to be the UUID error. I googled around and apparantly had to check if blkid and fstab matched. The root and home directory matched and for some reason that error doesn't appear anymore. My boot method is EFI and the file system of my root directory is FAT32. Thoughts?

Potentially a disabled compositor after losing the startup and compiling shader race. Check whether you can toggle/enable the compositor (Alt+F2, run kcmshell5 kwincompositing ) disable the Compositor Crash warning and actually enable one of the OpenGL compositors.
If this doesn't fix the issue, post a complete journal after the failed login attempt
sudo journalctl -bhttps://wiki.archlinux.org/title/List_o … n_services
To help preempt stuff like this you might need to enable early KMS: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel … _KMS_start
