How should I proceed in order to get that package installed?
I'm asking here since I got rather amusing than useful results on searching "How to comment on aur"

You start by contacting the maintainer, usually through the comments section. I don't know where you're having problems, you register, log in, and put your comment in the box.

If you click on the flagged out of date link it says: source link doesn't work, so the package cannot be installed unfortunately. I cannot find the sources upstream either.

Thank you. Did register and post the issue as comment.
Any ideas for a workaround until the maintainer updates? Will gladly close this post and ask another question if more suitable

It seems that the upstream website is dead, so are sources. If you try to download the sources you get an empty HTML page. If there is no alternative mirror, then the package should be deleted from the AUR I'm afraid.
Edit: ninja'd
