NVIDIA RTX 3070 doesn't look good on Arch

There's a noticeable difference with how even simple things like the cursor movement or playing videos on YouTube looks on Arch vs Windows. On Arch the cursor movement is a lot less smooth compared to Windows.

Also any kind of movement in videos such as a person moving their hands or walking looks kind of blurry. It feels like the fps is much lower and the quality is not that sharp while the same video looks far better in Windows.

How should I configure my 3070 to run well on Arch?

Window manager: bspwm
Compositor:     picom-ibhagwan-git

Please post the contents of Xorg.0.log.  What is displaying the video that is blurry?  Have you tried without compositing?

Here's my Xorg.0.log: https://pastebin.com/W7QVpZBf

I've been playing the videos on YouTube. The video isn't always "blurry" but motion looks a little off for a 30 series graphics card. There doesn't seem to be a difference with or without picom running.

Do you know of a way to view my fps on linux? I did a search but everything is for gaming.

Does it happen when playing youtube videos w/ mpv (needs youtube-dl) or youtube-viewer?

mpv -vo=gpu --video-sync=display-resample 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0HgHet0sxg'

Browser HW acceleration support is poor on linux sad
