URxvt copy and paste not working with perl plugins

Hello everyone! I'm using urxvt as my main terminal and I've configured it through .Xresources, which is reported below:

I don't know why, but the copy and paste functionalities were working pretty well before. All of a sudden they stopped working even though I didn't change anything. Actually, right now none of the perl plugins is working. Could someone help me to figure out why?
