What does pacman with -D options, i have seached manual for this switch but it wasn't there.

Its used in makepkg. When you run it as root and tell it to builddeps or syncdeps, it reads all dependencies from the PKGBUILD and pacman -D's them. Dependencies already installed are skipped, the rest installed via a command similar to -S --noconfirm. It also returns special exit codes like 126, 127 or 0.
