I switched to PipeWire since a while. Recently I don't have any sound anymore. I checked the other threads in the forum, but so far I did not find anything which helped me.

Just a guess. Try to reset the configuration. If you have files in /etc/pipewire or ~/.config/pipewire delete them and restart pipewire. Also, if you have an ~/.asoundrc file disable that as well for testing.
Edit: Maybe start with 'pavucontrol' first and check the 'configuration' tab for active profiles.
