forgot Gaim set up ...

Hi,

I am away at the moment need to talk to a friend on msn (hotmail!) via gaim I though I could use my gmail account to tlak to them but forgotten how to set it up

Or do I need a hotmail address to use MSN ?

Technically no, you can register a current e-mail through hotmail and you can sign in with that e-mail instead of a hotmail one.
