I wrote a longer post on reddit, which is suming up the issues of a Lenovo L14 Gen2 AMD (more specifically: Gen2A).

https://i.ibb.co/tX0g2wC/Screenshot-fro … -55-19.png
Here is an overview of the issues:
1) Sleep not working, machine only booting with acpi=noirq and no wake from standby (also on mainline 5.14)
2) Random Kernel panics and reboots (and linux-hardened does not boot)
3) Webcam not working
4) High CPU Usage IRQ 86
Would love to hear if others got it working
Mod Edit - Replaced oversized image with link.
CoC - Pasting pictures and code

The problems have been already confirmed by another user with the same model on reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDLaptops/com … &context=3

Two new relevant things that happened recently:
1) AMD-PSTATE CPUFreq Driver patches have been provided by AMD to the Linux Kernels. https://www.tomshardware.com/news/zen-r … nux-driver
2) AMD has a suspend/resume fix for Linux 5.15 (s2idle / suspend-to-idle S0ix sleep state code). https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page= … Linux-5.15
I do hope that these two Kernel developments improve the Linux Zen3 experience for Lenovo users.

For everyone's information: this still is an issue and sleep/resume with ZEN3 notebooks on archlinux does not work. The machines don't wake up from sleep again. Confirmed with Kernel 5.15-rc5

Upcoming BIOS update should fix this:
