[SOLVED]failed retrieving file from mirror.erickochen.nl

When I run pacman -Syu to update, it first shows no error, I normally update everything and after that, I run pacman -Syu again, it shows this, any solution?

Delete the bad mirror, and / or re-run reflector (which may or may not take care of this for you).

Hi, I am new to those, I know that this is used to update system and packages, but that mirrors exactly do? If I delete one of those would there be any problem?
