[Maybe Solved]Gnome does not remember my audio volume.

I have replaced PulseAudio with PipeWire and WirePlumber, it worked as expected before, but I notice that it doesn't remember my sound volume today, it becomes 100% all the time.

And it works again after I reboot my OS....weird...
