Dell XPS 9510 - Thunderbolt Dock Station desconnections on 5.15

After a full update of the system at Tuesday 16th the dock station connected to Thunderbolt 4 USB-C is going fully out of operations at random moments. When that happens, at shutdown I saw the log returning a long output. I have connected two screens, a keyboard dongle, a USB camera and microphone and an ethernet cable

I'm using the Zen Kernel, also tried the normal kernel and get not exactly the same issue because not all devices goes off, but LAN doesn't comes up after a full system restart.
