[SOLVED] Steam "Installing breakpad exception handler for appid"

Good day, I recently installed steam but am having trouble launching it. I'm getting the error "Installing breakpad exception handler for appid(steam)/version(1637358733)" anytime I try, and according to the Wiki this is usually related to the nvidia and lib32-nvidia-utils packages not matching. However that's not the case here and I can't figure out how to get passed this point. Any insight would be appreciated.

I don't know how to delete a post, but I'm an idiot and my window manager was moving steam to a different window than I expected it to, and it was launching properly.
