Every time I try to access my Boot Manager through F2, I get a black screen with a _ in the top left corner of it, I always booted the BIOS with F2 and I tried various things, I was trying to do a dual boot with windows and Arch and Windows was supposed to appear on the Grub page when starting up, but it doesn't, I've tried commands, new keys, and some more. And I haven't found a forum topic with this issue solved, I can still access arch so that is a good point, but I had a lot of things I was doing on Windows, help? This is what I get after pressing F2: https://imgur.com/a/hfBw3fW
Ok maybe Windows doesn't appear because it isn't bootable as seen in the image here: https://imgur.com/a/dzApP8c How do I make it bootable? It should be appearing

Which bootloader are you using? You should be able to tell it to reboot directly into your firmware menu.
Is this a UEFI or BIOS system?

I am pretty sure I am actually using UEFI, sorry for the wrong information. And are you talking about the option in Grub? The last one, it only reboots my pc and gets to the same problem, I can't even type there.

This happened to me a while back. I have a failing usb stick attached. The uefi program is trying to access the stick to check if there are bootable bits in there, but couldn't, before it shows the uefi screen. Removing the offending usb stick solved the problem for me.
Try removing all non-essential attachments and try booting again.
