I install arch recently, /etc/rc.d doesn't exist, How can use the given directory?

I only read Installation_guide and then install arch, then I install other package with pacman.
Now I have gnome, firefox and so on. I was working with debian about 14 years. I'm looking for /etc/init.d or same rc files.

Arch is using systemd for a long time and that’s the only supported init system. You may try to use a different one, but by doing so you are both on your own and you’re causing a lot of pain to yourself.
Thre are no init scripts and they would not fit into any environment in which Arch is deployed nowadays. Consider explaining what is your actual goal: that way the right solution could be offered.
