Signing in to a network

Hi everyone, I'm learning to use Arch on my old netbook.

Right now, I'm at University and I am trying to use a wired connection to connect to the internet, but before I can connect I need to sign into my university account on a website. This usually comes up automatically in a browser if I'm trying to log into a website, but obviously just with the Arch terminal, it doesn't come up.

Is there any way (in terms of commands) I can access this page from the Arch terminal after not having installed any desktop environment or programs or from the live USB?

Thank you
Gregg

I think at least  elinks or links or lynx is on the live USB (can't remember which). This will allow you to browse from the CLI and login.

Thank you for this. Unfortunately, because this browser is text-based, it is not loading the login page, even though I know the browser is going to that link. Are there any other graphical browsers that are capable of loading pages properly?
