No matter what other options selected, the 'transparent ' slider does not respond to mouse or key.
community/mate-panel 1.26.1-1 (mate) [installed]I have tried downgrading but to no effect, but anyway there are no recent MATE updates in the pacman.log.
Started in the past couple days. I have not very recently tried adjusting the transparency but it is something I often do depending on the wallpaper.
Mate-tweak shows the Gnome2 panel in use. No change there.
There was a kernel update but booting into LTS kernel makes no difference.
