Xmonad: Thunderbird and Signal Desktop freeze

I have the latest version of Xmonad (0.15-156) installed on my system.

When Thunderbird gets a notification it freezes for a minute.
Signal Desktop freezes permanently and has to be pkill'd when receiving new messages.

On KDE Plasma everything works fine and on Gentoo w/ dwm everything too works fine.
Until last update the OpenSpades game launcher was also buggy, but that was already fixed.

There were no differences between the Arch repo version and the flatpak one.

Specs:
- Laptop: TUXEDO Polaris 17 (AMD)
- CPU: AMD 4800H
- GPU: Vega 7 + NVIDIA 2060M (configured as PRIME)
- RAM: 15.1 GiB (for whatever reason htop shows me 15.1 and not 16 GiB)
