What is your quickest complete install?

I'll go first.

With scripts I've created and having a synced repo on my drive, I've gotten my install of a complete custom KDE desktop installation, from USB installer boot to first complete desktop boot with desktop fully rendered down to 2 minutes and 23 seconds. Windows took me about 54 minutes including installing all first boot updates.

In the end, installing Arch Linux is heck of a lot easier and quicker than installing Windows.

Gotta love it !
