Steam+Games are starting very slow

Hi,

Steam is starting very slowly on my system (14 seconds). I got a NVME PCIe4 SSD, so bandwidth is not a problem.
Also Games tend to start very delayed, sometimes taking 30 seconds or more to start.
With Lutris/WINE games start a lot faster (instantaneous), same with Heroic Games Launcher.
I tried some solution with 32-bit libraries missing but nothing changed.
The problem persisted for quite some time now -> No update initiated the problem as far as I remember.

The terminal output displays some GTK errors and "Installing breakpad exception". None of the solutions I found helped me out.
Steam loads substantially faster in my Ubuntu Guest.

I tried some solutions regarding missing libraries but nothing worked for me. I also tried to reinstall steam with no success.

Here is the Terminal-Output of steam when starting:

Here is the Terminal-Output when launching a game:

System: Arch x64 5.15.5-arch1-1
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, Driver version 495.44
CPU: Ryzen 5800x
Steam: installed form arch repo, problem is the same with steams beta/stable branch

Thanks for your help guys

That is not unusual.
