Windows VirtualBox on Arch Linux with Coreboot

I am planning to buy a new laptop. I would like to use Coreboot instead of UEFI/Bios, but I heard that then it is impossible to install Windows on the VirtualBox.
Is that correct, or can it be tweaked in the settings of the Virtual Machine? Does anybody have experience with that?

I don't have a Coreboot laptop but I would be really surprised if Coreboot on the host device would cause an issue in a virtual machine.
