So this is my first day back at using a linux distro (last time i used linux was about a year ago) and i've been trying to download extensions for gnome (https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.gnome.Extensions) and i noticed two weird things:
First is that it gives me an error saying "Failed to install file: not supported"
Second is that software only shows the apps that are already installed for me and doesn't show anything that i have no app installed in a certain category in Explore
Any help?

Ah ... what?!
So which "easy tutorial" did you follow to install an arch-based derivative system? There's no way you got to the point you currently are without understanding how to install packages with your package manager with arch linux.
