Dbus-daemon: destination has a full message queue - Steam and Gnome

I've recently noticed my journal logging dozens of entries such as:

dbus-daemon[730]: [system] Rejected: destination has a full message queue, 0 matched rules; type="error", sender="(unset)" ((bus)) interface="(unset)" member="(unset)" error name= "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" requested_reply="1" destination=":1.199" (uid=1000 pid=1372 comm="/usr/bin/gnome-shell ")
dbus-daemon[730]: [system] Rejected: destination has a full message queue, 0 matched rules; type="error", sender="(unset)" ((bus)) interface="(unset)" member="(unset)" error name="org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" requested_reply="1" destination=":1.125" (uid=1000 pid=5897 comm="/home/user/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam ")

I am wondering if a) this is something to be concerned about, and b) if I can do anything to diagnose an issue.
