systemd-networkd in conjunction with iwd

Hi there,

is there any advice which service to start first on a fresh install when using systemd-networkd in conjunction with iwd? My thoughts are to edit /etc/systemd/network/20-wired.network and /etc/systemd/network/25-wireless.network as described in the wiki. After that, enabling iwd.service first and then enabling systemd-networkd.

And maybe a stupid question, but do I need to enable systemd-networkd at all or can iwd handle DHCP for both wired and wireless (my machine has wired and wireless)?

It does not matter in which order you enable the services. systemd takes their dependencies into account when starting them. You need to enable both for wired+wireless networking.
