Need help with pacman
Hi, recently I removed everything(installed packages) from /var/lib/pacman/ and other similar locations(I do not remember). And now pacman does not see new system updates(I tried new mirrorlist). How could I fix it ?
When I type pacman -S chromium, it does not detect that chromium already installed in my system. OOPS

I made backup of list of all packages 5 months ago, currently restoring everything from it
