I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

Getting SMBIOS data from sysfs.

Everything there looks fine. Where's the issue?

System doesn't see my ram about 4.5GB.

top command.
It works slowly.

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

dmesg, cat /proc/meminfo
Does the board only have two slots?
Do you get 3.5GB when you juggle the DIMMs?

Yes, board have 2 slots.
I tried placing RAMs to different sockets, even tried cleaning RAM pins with an eraser.

I have not heard of that trick in 30 years.  Back then, gold was so outrageously expensive that many companies swapped quality for cost by using more reactive plating.  In general, it did not end well.

Au plating on edge connectors is pretty much universal now.  Coating depths are on the order of 0.1um-25um..  Shallow depths (<0,2 um or so) can become porous and permit some oxidation of the deeper copper layers.
Rubbing with an eraser can only decrease the amount of plated gold; and would only really have any positive impact on gold layers that are already critically thin.   And, I worry about ESD damage.

I would suggest cleaning the contacts with a solvent, such as anhydrous isopropanol (99%+ isopropyl alcohol), Acetone, or Methyl Ethel Ketone (MEK) [maybe avoid this last one].   This is to remove anything *on* the gold.
Then, if you really want, a thin coating of dielectric grease to help keep air away and to maximize the number of mating cycles.

But, I digress.

Not impressed by the rubber either, but the DIMMs still show up in dmidecode.
The firmware might not like the heterogeneous setup, but w/ only 2 slots available the best shot would then be some BIOS setting for the most conservative timings.

Thanks, I'll pay attention.

I examined the BIOS, and find nothing.
Juggled DIMMs but nothing changed. Maybe the problem is causing by vram or drivers. How can I see the RAM amount using by GPU?

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

How about maybe the entire dmesg insntead of some random -wrong- grep?
What board is this specifically?

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

Did the Radon driver really grab 4.5 GB of RAM for itself?  That would account for only having 1.5GB remaining.

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

2GB is HW on the GPU, 0.5GB is VRAM taken for the APU (so we're down to 1.5GB) and 2x1GB is GTT (it'll grab that from the general pool when it's required)

@etkmlm, let's try that again:

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io

Did the Radon driver really grab 4.5 GB of RAM for itself?  That would account for only having 1.5GB remaining.

Don't know actually. But I see it around 1.5 GB. I don't think the driver took them all, because vram is 2 GB.

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

Ara 14 18:22:27 Furkan kernel: Memory: 5308832K/5727792K available (14344K kernel code, 2071K rwdata, 10792K rodata, 1860K init, 3844K bss, 418700K reserved, 0K cma-reserved)

There's 5GB available and I don't see a massive reservation chunk either. Can you disable the APU?

Re: I have 6GB memory but it seems 1.5GB

How can I do that?

I should disable cpu-integrated graphics unit, right?

There is no option about GPU in BIOS.
