Lenovo mi mix 300 completly freezes when under heavy CPU and RAM load

Welcome
as in the tittle, it freezes completly. I understand that it can lag, but completly? let me close the application then. I already tryied:

RAM:

Disable swap completly

enable systemd-oomd.service

CPU:

irqbalance

set-cfs-tweaks.service

ananicy

falkon browser

ewaller

Are the keyboard LEDs flashing when this happens? 
Can you change to a different console use Ctrl-Alt-F2 (or any Fx between 1 and 6)
Can use "ping" your system from elsewhere on your network?

I cant change tty
keyboard is flashing
I can even move the mouse, but I cant click anything
pinging propably works but I didnt checked

any ideas?
